I tested the Magellan Explorist XL and one can feel confident in knowing where you are with the TrueFix™ GPS technology for superior reliability and accuracy. It allows you to know exactly where you are down to 3 meter accuracy. It has a 3.5" backlight color display screen and easy to use menu options and one button selections. The speedometer let me keep track of how fast I was going as well. And it was pretty much dead on. When I turned it on in the car on my way to my hunting grounds, it was 100% accurate, in comparison to my car’s speedometer. The graphics on this particular model are incredibly detailed.
