I just picked up a ruger 10/22 take down and was wondering if any of you out there have one and what you think of them. I bought it to carry in the pack when I get out checking traps as well as for doing a little bunny hunting along the way.

I read the reviews on a few different sights but am looking for local reviews.

I was looking for the same thing in a firearm. I chose the Henry Survival .22.

I did some research and the Henry collapses smaller and is still super quick and easy to assemble.

Just my 2 cents feel free to disregard

I was torn between the two of them. Only reason I went with the Ruger is I think it will be a little more versatile for me. I read some reviews where guys had scopes mounted as well and were just as accurate as the regular models. Thanks for the input.

reviews are all stellar

gun holds 0 very well after takedown

and functions like a 10 22 should..... easy to clean, indestructable, wont jam much, lots of parts for it

some good tactical stocks coming soon tool....folding stocks, etc

only issue is some of them were RUSHED due to high demand so cosmetics may be off... the finish..... and some have the iron sights off a bit.......

but you should be able to see this now where you have it in your hands
