Im already started this year, gateway had 1lb boxes of strawberry for $2 so we got a couple flats and Riley and i made jam yesterday.
10 250ml and 3 500ml bottles.
Gotta save a few boxes for when the rhubarb is good to go then strawberry rhubarb jam.
Once the local berries are in season ill make my sugar free strawberry jam for a few diabetic friends. Yes joe ill have one for you too
Then things heat up as peaches (marmalade&cakes), plums (jam), and every other fruit will get made to jam.
Then the real bottling starts lol

Thank you Tim I have never heard of it but bet it is good I assume you want garlic scapes also this year if it ever grows Real slow moving this year but been so dam cold also

They will be here for you when they come off

I have not had the time to get over and count but from a distance looks like the elephant garlic didnot do good but the rest seems fine
Have to fertilize again this week so will know better then
