Actors are given props all the time to use as directed should they have to check them over
Would someone totally unfamiliar with firearms know the difference in a prop and a real gun.
Would they even have any idea how to check it over or how to determine if it was loaded
Should he be charged or is this just an over zealous prosecutor
Will he get off
