Guys - get vaccinated!!!! Help protect everyone else even if you don't care about yourself!

I 100% understand that a lot of people, myself included, are pissed at health officials that, quite frankly, lied through their butts about masks last year. They should be charged for public endangerment (or something) in my opinion. You can find pictures from 1918 of people wearing masks to help protect from that flu epidemic. You can't tell me they did not know exactly what they were doing when they lied about mask use. I do not like being lied to any more than the next guy. And I don't trust Trudeau any more than the rest of you on here. But.... all that doesn't mean Covid is a hoax.

It isn't a hoax unfortunately. I said "It's just a bad flu." when this all started last year. I was wrong! Its a hell of a lot worse than that. Over the last year deaths from the flu have been extremely low compared to other years simply because of the precautions we've been taking to prevent the spread of Covid.

Please get vaccinated if you want life to go back to something like it was. Yes, we will still have to take precautions for a while yet because a vaccine won't stop you from getting or passing on Covid, unfortunately. But, we need to do everything we can to stop the virus before it mutates even more and kills even more people. Remember, it could kill your friends, children, grand children.

Instead of telling us how much you all know about them you should go become billionaires by teaching the 10's if not 100's of thousands of people that have spent their lives studying this exactly where they have all gone wrong. The normal we knew before this is GONE forever and have no idea what the new normal is going to look like

I have been watching the Boo Jays game. Couldn't help but notice the amount of people in the stands. Shoulder to shoulder ... hardly a masks to be seen ..... enjoying some form of normalcy. Texas has been opened 100% since March 2nd. Not mentioning any names ... but someone on here said "but Texas has a high vaccination rate". I just checked. Only 29% of its population have been vaccinated.... compared to 38% of Nova Scotians. Population density of Texas is far greater than NS. Last time I checked ... Texas is not in the news with spikes of covid or deaths. Numbers are actually going down. When will we open up and fight this thing head on, and get off of this GD roller coaster ??? What will it take ??? A government that's not being dictated to by this corrupt Liberal government ??? Like I said before ... people need to open their eyes and take a good look at what's going on around them.

Me too but also know I am but one vote and once I do that there is nothing more I can do. Cannot change anything with how the general mass of voters think today and who and what they support so why get upset about it
