Was there at the same time. Disappointed no powder people showed. I found what was there was extremely old for the few primers. Left without a purchase, not normal for me. Thought about grabbing scope mounts but many there were old and used, either no screws or ones missing, not sure how one can sell those. Kevin Gable was really the only gun seller there? I think maybe to many shows at this point in time. If you are a 38-55, 303 guy, or odd caliper stuff there was some there.I took one for the team and went to the show
I was there just before 4pm and looked around. Lots to see but sadly nothing i was looking to spend my $$
No powder, few guys with reloading bits, one guy had win209 primers @$15/tray, he also had cci primers for lr, lrm and sr. Dont know how long hes gonna have em cause there was a guy calling his buddy about the "find". Bag of #6 for $65 and if i Didnt have 2 at home id have grabbed it.
Couple of guys with fishing gear cheaper than the stores so i grabbed a few lures @$4 each.
Did you notice any 45acp ammo or any amount of ammo?I took one for the team and went to the show

Not much ammo, couple small tables of really old stuff. Cannot say, there was a little bit of 45 something.Did you notice any 45acp ammo or any amount of ammo?
You can do it on line 24/7 but yes only business hours with a phone call for us average joes and it is the buyers setting the crazy prices from my experiences so far . I had no plans to move any of my powder but so far sold 24 pounds and would have to be an idiot not to with the money I was offered HERE there are very very few guys with what I would call as a good stash any more Two come to mind and that is it and both in their 70's and both no longer shooting since there is no where to shoot any more so far Who can find powder to stash today and who can afford to buy it even at gun shops when it averages like 70 bucks a pound nowIt's NOT worth the hassle any more to try and sell firearms publicly. Can't move it along without a call to CFC first...IF, you can get thru. I don't believe it's open on the weekend for reference numbers unless you're a dealer. Heard the libs are making them work to the rule there...no hurrying, no extra calls taken, no calls during break time. Probably folks there with lots of "stuff" gathered up over the years, from reloading, shooting, buying and selling....sad part is, they're trying to move it now along at 2050 prices !!!
What I have seen at the few shows I went to was really old stuff, primers and powders if found back from the 70 and early eighties. I ain't taking it home, nor opened powders, half used tub etc. One gentlemen said that there was just to many shows now. Maybe with the frenzy a lot of stuff is drying up, explaining why some accessories I see being sold were of very poor quality or missing stuff. Seen used cleaning kits yesterday that were more for what they originally went for and all the cleaning brushes were gone? Ammo there was at least 50 plus years old, some that was green? Either the stuff for them to gather to sell is gone or people are hanging on to it because its scarce. The gun hotline, well lets just say its probably not being over used 😀You can do it on line 24/7 but yes only business hours with a phone call for us average joes and it is the buyers setting the crazy prices from my experiences so far . Yes I remember that well, Ross called him out a couple times because the store was full and each sale was at least a half an hour.Last time at Ross's place there was a 30 + minute wait for the dealer portal....15-20 people waiting at the gun counter. Ross was cussing out trudope saying it was all his fault because of this new gun registry...everyone agreed...lol
Makes sense since it is mainly the real old farts like us that had / have a stash. Unfortunately guys today think they have a huge stash when they have 12 /20 pounds How many have 150 plus and have to store it out of the home like in my day The powder I just sold was 1999 unopened is fine IF the guy knew how to store it right and I hope I didWhat I have seen at the few shows I went to was really old stuff, primers and powders if found back from the 70 and early eighties.
