Heard from 6 or7 different people...all hunters and fishermen....outdoors enthusiasts who have gone every year prior. NONE had anything good to say about it.

Never bothered to go this year, I looked at the vendors list and there wasn't much worth seeing. I went to the Boat show and the Powersports show already this year so I wasn't too interested in looking at overpriced toys for a 3rd time this year. It really is a shame, and I do feel for the small businesses that spent the money for a booth this year, but when 1/3 of the show has nothing to do with Hunting/Fishing or RV-ing, hard to justify going.

You would think with each year it getting watered down that some incentive would have been given to those big vendors who made the show what it is. Sucked for me, i already missed the gun show because of a storm, was really wanting to look at hunting stuff. Went to Lequilles Saturday and bought shotgun / rifle ammo.

Was the show so bad nobody wants to give a review? Or did everyone Just not go at all? Lol
I went. In the future if I have to pay for tickets I wont be going. $17 a ticket is a waste. Only reason I would go is if I was in the market for an ATV, or RV. there were two boat setups and that was it. I am only late 30's so take this with a grain of salt ..... but back in the day there were multiple hunting shops, outfitters, atvs, boats etc. made it worth the look. Honestly I think there were maybe 4 - 5 outfitters there this time. 1 Goose Guy from PEI and a couple from NFLD. If I was in the market for a trip not even enough there to wet my appetite.

I didn't think Lequilles has been there for a couple of years actually?

The outdoor show used to be a good spot but I would say over the past 5-7 years it has gone way down hill.

I am not interested in stepping foot in the door also don't have the money to throw around like I used to (Thanks Trudeau). I used to love the show and other shows and various gun shows and I think I got a great deal on a shotgun one year from a place not called Lequilles, all you had to do was ask, show deal? they did no tax and had the best price on that particular shotgun I wanted.
Your correct Lequilles stop going few yrs back too much work for too little profit.
I didn’t go this year, checked the vendors list and NO hunting / firearm vendors so forget it. Plus the last time the show was here they kicked us all out 10 minutes after I got there!!!
