Maybe I am out and left field on this, but from what I am seeing and reading, overdose deaths are up 300% since this decriminalization started February 1st of this year. The supply of clean drugs started in 2016 NEW ony is the decriminalization and lately because that uninformed fool Pierre is putting a bill to the house to try to stop it and those in this field of expertise including some conservatives say he has no clue what he is talking about and BC wants it and got it I agree with this guy 100% on this topic
So PP simply wants to do the same thing that conservatives have done for 60 years, which has failed for 60 years, not much of a leader.
